If the parking lines are turned off as default and you require them simply cut the brown loop which is exposed on the wiring loom. Ideally the 10m cable should be installed inside the van with the panels inside removed. For applications where this is not possible the cable can be run externally but be aware damage can be caused by debris off the road and heat from the exhaust. Should you have issues with the brake light not working this can be because the polarity is the incorrect around meaning the positive and negative need to be switched.
